ABOUT THE PROJECT
BEYOND is a team performance app designed to support organisations through change, promoting collaboration, growth, and adaptability in evolving workplaces. The app allows users to complete a questionnaire, view results in a detailed dashboard, and receive tailored advice from specialists to drive improvements.
This project was developed during my internship with a startup focused on enhancing organisational performance and employee well-being through insights grounded in psychological research.
THE PROBLEM
Organisations undergoing change often face challenges in adapting to new dynamics. Leaders struggle to identify and address skill gaps, improve team performance, and ensure employee well-being amidst these transitions. Existing solutions may lack personalisation or actionable insights, leaving teams without effective strategies to grow and thrive.
THE SOLUTION
BEYOND offers a personalised approach to managing organisational change by providing actionable insights tailored to the unique needs of teams. Through its user-friendly questionnaire, the app identifies key performance metrics and skill gaps, presenting results in an intuitive dashboard. By delivering specialist advice, BEYOND empowers leaders to foster team cohesion, enhance collaboration, and prioritise employee well-being. This targeted, evidence-based solution ensures teams not only adapt to change but also thrive in dynamic environments, driving long-term organisational success.
PROJECT CHALLENGES & APPROACH
I led the design process for this startup project, overcoming challenges of limited resources and a tight 6-week deadline.
Working closely with the founder, I conducted extensive market research and delved into psychological studies to inform the creation of a user questionnaire and design decisions.
From planning to the delivery of high-fidelity prototypes, I managed the entire project independently, ensuring a unique design approach that stood out in the market.
The iterative process, fuelled by constant feedback from the founder, led to refined designs that effectively addressed the needs of the target audience.
The successful completion of the project showcased my ability to navigate complexities and deliver a user-centric solution within constraints.
